Distributors & importers
The second order should look like the first.
Anyone can send you a good sample. The question that matters to a distributor is whether the run behind it matches — same gauge, same finish, same weight in the hand, twelve months later.
What you get from us
An approved sampleYou sign off a physical piece. That piece becomes the standard the run is checked against.
One supplierLotas, water pots and the pieces around them from one workshop, so a mixed order arrives on one schedule.
Your gaugeWeight is specified, not inherited. Tell us what your market expects and we hold it.
Packing to destinationPacked for the journey it is actually making, and for the shelf it lands on.
Your mark, if you want itRuns can carry your branding instead of ours. See white-label.
How an order runs
01
Specification
You send the pieces, metal, gauge, finish and quantity. We quote against it.
02
Sample
We make it and send it. Nothing goes into production before you have held one.
03
Run
Produced and checked against your approved piece, then packed to your instructions.
04
Reorder
The sample stays the reference, so the repeat is a repeat and not a new negotiation.
Minimum quantities depend on the piece and the finish. Send the list and we will tell you where the economics start to work.
