We collect almost nothing.

This is a catalogue, not a data business. The short version: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and the enquiry form never sends anything to us — it opens your own mail application.

What the site does

CookiesNone. The site sets no cookies at all.

Your consent choiceThe one thing we keep in your browser: whether you accepted measurement. It is stored on your device only, is never sent to us, and exists so we do not ask you again.

AnalyticsNone today. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no session recording. We intend to add measurement later, and it is built to run only if you have accepted it — declining leaves it switched off.

The enquiry formIt does not submit to a server. It assembles what you typed into a message and opens your mail application, so the details go directly from you to us by email. Nothing is stored on this website.

FontsTypefaces load from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and browser, as it would on any site using them. Nothing else about you is shared.

Hosting logsLike any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep short-lived technical logs (IP, page, time) for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Catalogue contentProduct information is fetched by our server from our content system. Your browser never talks to it.

If you email us

We keep your enquiry and our correspondence so we can quote, produce and support the order — that is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our company except where a shipper, bank or authority needs it to complete your order.

Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep tax or export records for the order.

We are building a customer system to manage enquiries and orders. When it is in use, the details you send us will be held there for the same purpose and under the same rules as above — to quote, produce and support your order, and nothing else.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will answer.
